Chris is a shareholder and the managing officer of Davis Grimm Payne & Marra. He has over 25 years of experience representing and advising employers in a wide array of labor and employment law matters. 

Chris advises his clients in all areas of labor relations, including collective bargaining, labor arbitrations, union organizing campaigns, elections, unfair labor practice charges, and the planning and execution of strike strategies. He has also successfully defended his clients in state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies, throughout the United States involving claims of discrimination, harassment, disability, leave laws, wage and hour, meal and rest period, and class actions. 

Chris provides his clients with a practical, proactive strategy to meet their specific goals.
