Amy is an of-counsel attorney with Davis Grimm Payne & Marra. She has nearly 25 years of legal experience. 

Amy provides research and writing in all aspects of labor and employment law. This includes drafting and researching for initial responses, summary judgment motions, and appealing discrimination complaints, NLRB and PERC charges, arbitration, wage and hour matters, workplace safety allegations, civil rights questions, and other workplace-related issues. She also conducts independent investigations into employee complaints.
