Selena is a shareholder with Davis Grimm Payne & Marra. She has nearly 20 years of experience representing and advising employers in a wide array of labor and employment law matters.

Selena represents management in collective bargaining, National Labor Relations Board proceedings, labor arbitrations, union organizing counter campaigns, and strike preparation and responses. She also represents and advises clients on day-to-day discipline and termination decisions, leave law issues, reasonable accommodations, discrimination and harassment issues, and wage and hour compliance.

Selena is a dedicated problem-solver and takes great pride in partnering with her clients on a legal strategy that works for them.
