Administrative Law, How we help

We represent employers in all aspects of administrative law before federal, state, and local agencies. Our team advises on strategy, drafts responses, and represents clients at proceedings before federal agencies such as the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Department of Labor, Seaman Protection Act (SPA), Department of Labor, Surface Transportation Assistance Act (STAA), and Mining Safety and Health Act (MSHA). We also handle issues before state and local agencies, such as the Washington State Human Rights Commission (WSHRC), Labor & Industries (LNI), Employment Security Department (ESD), Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH), Washington State Public Employment Relations Commission (PERC), the Oregon Bureau of Labor & Industries (BOLI), and the Alaska State Commission for Human Rights (ASCHR). We routinely support clients in navigating unfair labor practice charges, wage and hour claims, meal and rest periods, discrimination and retaliation charges, and other complex regulatory proceedings and investigations. We focus on protecting our clients’ interests while minimizing exposure and disruption to their businesses.
