We also handle issues before state and local agencies, such as the Washington State Human Rights Commission (WSHRC), Labor & Industries (LNI), Employment Security Department (ESD), Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH), Washington State Public Employment Relations Commission (PERC), the Oregon Bureau of Labor & Industries (BOLI), and the Alaska State Commission for Human Rights (ASCHR). We routinely support clients in navigating unfair labor practice charges, wage and hour claims, meal and rest periods, discrimination and retaliation charges, and other complex regulatory proceedings and investigations.
