Ricky Kim is an associate attorney at Davis Grimm Payne & Marra. He is a Seattle-area native, earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and his Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law.
Before joining the firm, Ricky spent over four years representing federal agencies in administrative proceedings before bodies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEEOC) and the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB). This experience provided him with valuable insight into government operations and employment law from a federal perspective.
Ricky advises clients across a broad range of employment and labor law matters, including workplace policies, disciplinary actions, grievances, and claims involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. He is committed to helping clients proactively navigate complex workplace issues while serving as a strong advocate when challenges arise.
